Corby Southern Gateway Retail Park, Corby

This project was in support of a full planning application submission to Corby Borough Council for the redevelopment of the final parcel of land situated in the Southern Gateway Development. The 0.68Ha site was proposed to contain 5 retail units as well as adequate parking and amenities to facilitate their use.

We worked with the client and a number of well known tenant stakeholders to develop this project through a 2 stage planning application - the first for the buildings and the second for all the site signage associated with the buildings.
