Kyrle Road, Clapham
A project in south central London.
This project took the form of two projects, for 2 clients. The initial client was London City Mission who have a large property portfolio across London. They wanted options on their property for 4 no flats as well as 2 no adjoining houses with basement conversions. Initially the property was lateral flats, 1 per floor, over the whole double bay brick frontage - so this proved quite a challenge!
The property was subsequently sold with planning permission to a private client who intended to turn the lateral flats into a single dwelling private home. Planning was achieved for the single family home as well and the project is currently on site.
For a private client. The scope of works included developing a satisfactory design, planning permission and party wall awards consent, currently on site. Total area 430 sqm.
