A Grade 2 listed flat in central London.

The existing layout of this flat was poor, it was a very large flat for one bed. The design focused on the addition of a second bed and configuring the living kitchen spaces around the 2 terraces which face south and so benefit from good natural light. In addition to this we achieved an en-suite bathroom and dressing space off the main bedroom, all while respecting the existing fabric of this important listed building.

For a private client. The scope of works included developing a design, planning permission and party wall awards consent. Total area 130sqm.
