This project replaces an existing set of mews houses on the street currently owned by a large London landowner.

The proposed scheme is currently at the planning and design phase and consists of 5 apartments over a proposed nursery at ground floor which supports the surrounding residential area.

The overall proposed floor space is 665 sqm.
